Opening in 1995, Hyde Park applies a German brewing style to their ales giving them a fresh, natural taste. Here they focus on seasonal, local, and fresh ingredients; Hyde Park is affiliated with various local Hudson Valley farms supplying them with all natural beef, pork, lamb, and poultry raised without steroids, hormones, or antibiotics.
With fun events and specials happening every evening, this brewery is a great place to go any day of the week. They have fun, live music performed every Friday and Saturday and bring a killer brunch to the table every Sunday. Besides their craft brews and good food, Hyde Park also makes fun beer infused cocktails such as the Beermosa and Double Java Brew Float.
